  1. HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
    It’s really easy to create an account, just click onto ‘ACCOUNT’ and select ‘create an account’ or click here to enter your details. Please make sure your account is registered in your own name and that your email address is correct.

  2. SIGNING IN TO MY ACCOUNT
    Please click onto ‘ACCOUNTor here, enter your email address and password you used when you opened your account and click ‘Sign In’.

  3. I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD
    It’s easy to forget your password. If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgot password?’ and follow the instructions. We will create a temporary password for you, which will be sent to your registered email address.

Shopping with moononnon Japan

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, simply click on an item, select a color and size and press ‘Add to cart’. If you know the item number, you can enter this into the search box. You can also browse our categories using the drop down menus at the top of the page.(If you don't see the dropdown menu, press the hamburger menu.)
Once you’ve finished shopping, just select ‘Check out’ from your shopping cart.
If you have a moononnon Japan account, you can enter your registered email address and password to sign in before starting your order. If you don’t have an account, don’t worry – you can create one at checkout. You can also order as a guest without creating an account.
You can then complete your order by entering your address, payment method, etc.
We will send an email confirmation to your registered email address once the order has gone through, this can take a few hours to arrive. Remember to check your junk and spam folder too!

Can I change an order?

We process orders quickly so that your items arrive as soon as possible. This means we’re unable to change your order once you’ve placed it.
When you receive your order, please take a look at the items. If you still feel they aren’t suitable, just return them to us for a full refund. Please be aware postage must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by moononnon Japan.

IMPORTANT:
We are sorry, but we cannot ship to a different address than the orderer's address. This includes a work address, PO Box or an address in another country. Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as soon as possible.

Customs duties and taxes

The item will be shipped from Japan. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the delivery location of the item and are not reflected in the price. The carrier may charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and brokerage charges upon delivery.
Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.

Can you gift-wrap the product?

Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift wrapped. 

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY

I received a damaged parcel

If you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.

An item is missing from my parcel

We’re really sorry if there is a missing item in the parcel. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you further.

I've received the wrong item

We’re really sorry if you received the wrong item. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you further.

I've received a faulty item

We sincerely apologize that you received a defective product. If the item is clearly defective upon receipt, please refrain from using the item and provide details of the defect before making the return.
We will advise you what to do.

Product returns/exchange

How can I return an item?

When you are not completely satisfied with an item or ordered the wrong size/colour, only unused items (in their original condition) can be returned or refunded, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items. All returns should be sent to the below address:

Return your parcel using your preferred method. Please be aware we do not offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by moononnon Japan. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you have used to place your order. Please note that shipping fees from the original shipment will not be refunded.

DO I PAY FOR RETURNS?

Yes, we do not offer free returns at the moment. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by moononnon Japan.
The returned items must be sent to moononnon Japan in a single delivery.
Moononnon Japan reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order returned and delivered at different times.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We’re sorry, we do not offer an exchange service. Please check the size notation carefully before purchasing.

REFUNDS INFORMATION

When will I receive my refund?

Your returns will be refunded automatically to the method of payment used for the order.
Please allow 28 days for the refund after we receive the returned item(s).

IMPORTANT : Any customs fees and taxes that the courier may require will not be refunded.
Remember : Moononnon Japan cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss.
Moononnon Japan reserves the right to decline unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the conditions set forth.

General information

Please return the item in original conditions : If your return does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and the item will be returned to you. If you make a return for an item that has a defect, you will also be reimbursed for the shipping costs.

You can make a return and get a refund, for a damaged product or products that do not comply with the order, and for items that do not meet your needs, regardless of their quality (for example: wrong size).

The garments must not have been worn, washed, altered or with any signs of use.

Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and included of all original packaging and accessories received with the order.

They must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way as they were received.

Returns must be sent in suitable package for shipping.

Moononnon Japan reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and incur the shipping costs for the return of the goods.

Returns authorized by moononnon Japan must be sent from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

Moononnon Japan also reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the conditions set forth.

In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
