Refund Amount
We will refund the full amount of the invoice. 

Return shipping costs
To be borne by the store.

  • Please be sure to keep a copy of the return shipping slip until the return process is completed.
  • We are very sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. After completing the return/refund procedure, please place a new order for the desired product.

We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. Please check the size notation carefully before purchasing.
